By choosing this option, you are paying a $300 non-refundable deposit for a Half Share (or half beef) which you will have custom cut to your liking. We are selling these shares as “Live Animals” in compliance with USDA Regulations.
This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your animal which we will invoice you with exact weight the weekend prior to shipping. The balance will be invoiced to you, your deposit will be applied and must be paid prior to the delivery date to butcher.
This round of Beef Shares are limited and scheduled to be delivered to Old Fashioned Country Butcher in Santa Paula, CA on September 17th, and will be ready for you to pickup approximately one month after that date.
